Return Policy

Plush Custom Cases strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Should you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

Return Eligibility

New, unused items may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. All returns must be in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.  

Authorization Required

All returns must be approved by Plush Custom Cases. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must reference this RMA number on the return shipping label. Items returned without proper authorization will not be accepted.

Condition and Inspection

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or deny credit if the product is determined not to be in resalable condition upon inspection.

Shipping & Responsibility

When returning items, please select a shipping carrier that provides tracking services. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, insuring the shipment, and filing any claims for lost or damaged returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Discontinued and Clearance items are not eligible for return.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping Fees are Non Refundable
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product was previously used, damaged or altered. 
  • If an ordered is cancelled before it is shipped a 100% refund will be applied.
